Chemo Comfort provides kits to cancer patients with products that the founder found useful during her chemotherapy. These products help patients manage nausea, mouth sores and hair loss, among other things. Newly diagnosed patients are fragile and need to conserve their strength (mental and physical) for such things as doctors' appointments and medical tests. Instead of running to the health food store for this and the drug store for that, patients can order a Chemo Comfort Kit and have everything delivered to them.

Chemo Comfort has a three-tiered program to distribute kits to cancer patients. Kits are donated through partnering cancer organizations; subsidized kits are available to other cancer patients for a minimal donation; and there is a gift kit program, which helps to sustain our other programs. Over 70% of last year’s kits were donated.

Chemo Comfort kits are currently available through some cancer organizations and oncologists’ offices. If you would like a brochure, please fill out the request form on this website.

Chemo Comfort works with cancer organizations that assist those who are economically disadvantaged to distribute our donated kits.   We are proud to be partnering with CancerCare, Cancer Support Team and the Phyllis Newman's Women's Health Initiative at the Actors' Fund.

All information and advice are anecdotal. We are not medical professionals and do not dispense medical advice. Chemo Comfort comes from the founder's desire to share what she learned during her cancer experiences.
