transferable nor redeemable for cash and must be taken by the
expiration date on the certificate. This gift certificate is valid
through May 2010. Raffle Rules and Regulations Official Rules Prizes in the raffle have been donated by friends of Chemo Comfort. No substitutions or exchanges can be made. Winners will be determined in random drawings to be held on May 19, 2009. All prizes will be awarded. The drawings will be supervised by officers of Chemo Comfort. Their decision will be final. Your ticket stubs (large portion which you retain) and cancelled check are your receipt for tax purposes. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail. If we are unable to contact you with the information you provide us or if you do not accept your prize, the prize will go to an alternate winner. Entries must be postmarked on or before May 11, 2009 to be included. A list of prize winners will be available on our web site after May 19, 2009. Officers and directors of Chemo Comfort, as well as their spouses and children, are not eligible. Any taxes on any prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. Prize winners release Chemo Comfort and its agents from any and all liability with respect to the receipt or use of any merchandise, service or travel prize.
