Prizes in the raffle have been donated by friends of Chemo Comfort. No substitutions or exchanges can be made. Donor terms and conditions apply. In the case of prize trips, all of which are non-transferable and subject to availability, certain donor terms and conditions may apply. Winners will be determined in random drawings to be held on May 20, 2026. All prizes will be awarded. The drawings will be supervised by officers of Chemo Comfort. Their decision will be final. Your ticket stubs (large portion which you retain) and cancelled check are your receipt for tax purposes. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail. If we are unable to contact you with the information you provide us or if you do not accept your prize, the prize will go to an alternate winner. Entries must be postmarked on or before May 12, 2026 to be included. A list of prizewinners will be available on our web site after May 20, 2026. Officers and directors of Chemo Comfort, as well as their spouses and children, are not eligible. Any taxes on any prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.
